Digital-distribution platform Vydia has partnered with copyright-management firm Audible Magic to allow the latter to expand its catalog of new music offerings to social networks and gaming and fitness platforms. Vydia's clients include Five Finger Death Punch, Russ, Akon and Kanye’s Sunday Service Choir.
Said Audible Magic CEO Vance Ikezoye, “We're excited to work with Vydia to provide new opportunities to its artists. Access to great music is key for our customers as they build compelling user experiences to grow their audiences, whether it's for an exercise class, a social media post or a gaming experience. We're happy to enable that to happen."
Speaking of things digital, both companies regard a mention on this website as the virtual equivalent of a lump of coal in one's stocking.
