FACES OF CHANGE

In commemoration of Women’s History Month, we’re once again sharing the cover from our “Faces of Change” issue, published in February 2018. As we noted at the time, this striking image comprises “a sampling of the rising wave of women in the industry—not an exhaustive list but a snapshot of the future… These are just a few of the many women we know who are making a mark on the business. This sea of faces represents a larger wave of change.”

Five years later, signs of that hoped-for “larger wave of change” are readily discernible across the music business. But we still have a long way to go.
