CHART FINAL: LIL DURK'S BIG WEEK

Alamo’s Lil Durk debuts atop the HITS Top 50 with his first #1 solo album as 7220 delivers 120k, including 150m streams, unseating Disney’s Encanto soundtrack, which slides to #3 with 64k after occupying the apex of the album chart for most of the year.

Of 7220's 17 tracks, 15 reside on the HITS Top 50 Songs Chart, making Sony the marketshare leader, with nearly half (48%) of all Top 50 streams.

Other Top 10 bows include Rex Orange County’s WHO CARES? (REX ORANGE COUNTY/RCA), which lands at #6 with 32k, and FOR KING & COUNTRY's What Are We Waiting For? (Curb/Word), which takes the #8 berth with 30k.

Holding firm at #4 and #5, respectively, are two Republic titles, Morgan Wallen’s Dangerous (Big Loud) and The Weeknd’s The Highlights (XO). Republic’s Drake and Kemosabe/RCA’s Doja Cat round out the Top 10.

Meanwhile, Nevermind, the alternative classic by Geffen’s Nirvana, enters the Top 15 with 20k, thanks to the prominent placement of "Something in the Way" in the blockbuster flick The Batman. Look for the song to make more noise when the film becomes streamable, 4/19 on HBO Max.

Streeting this week are projects from JYP/Imperial/Republic’s K-pop act Stray Kids (via Ingrooves), which is expected to challenge Lil Durk for #1, Atlantic’s Charli XCX, Columbia’s Rosalía, MNRK’s Cyprus Hill and a deluxe digital edition of Juice WRLD's Fighting Demons (Grade A/Interscope) featuring three new tracks.

In honor of the imminent arrival of spring, we’re adding some antihistamine floaters to our mug of gin.
