The midterm elections are only seven months away and there are a number of crucial seats in the House of Representatives that Democrats must hold to stem the red tide. For those of you who, like us, anxiously await election day and wish to put your money where your mouth is, we draw your attention to an upcoming event benefiting two Congressional candidates, Katie Porter (Calif.) and Tom Malinowski (N.J.).

Hosted by Suzi Dietz and Lenny Beer, this event—Wednesday, 4/13, in Sherman Oaks—offers an opportunity to meet the candidates in person as well as an option to participate via a Zoom broadcast. Porter and Malinowski will be taking questions. It's sure to be a lively and informative event.

Tickets to attend in person start at $250. For those who prefer to attend virtually, a Zoom ticket is $50. Tickets can be found here, where you can also just make a contribution if that's more your thing.
