Kendrick Lamar has announced that his fifth studio album, Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers, will arrive on 5/13. A brief release (see below) via pgLang was posted on his Oklama site. This is his first studio-album drop since 2017's DAMN., and given the rampant speculation among fans, the communiqué notes that “all factual information for this release will come directly from this source only.” In any case, K.Dot's relationship with Interscope continues, despite some chatter to the contrary.
Lamar, who just won a Grammy for Best Rap Performance for "Family Ties," had previously taken to Oklama in August of last year to share some thoughts as he produced his final TDE album.
