WAVE-Y GRAVY

As Yung Gravy’s “Betty (Get Money)” (Republic) continues to stream and spin up a storm, we are delighted to share this portrait of two gentlemen—and longtime collaborators—who figured in the hit track’s birth. One of these is producer Nick Seeley (pictured at left); the other is Primary Wave VP Creative Franny Graham, who extended PW’s catalog to Seeley and Yung Gravy to interpolate. They dove on the Rick Astley smash “Never Gonna Give You Up,” and the rest is history. Unfortunately for them, that history is chronicled by us.
