U.K. MIDWEEKS: ROBBIE ROLLING

Robbie Williams is on track to claim his 14th solo #1 on the U.K.’s Official Albums Chart with XXV (Columbia). Over on singles, Lewis Capaldi is gunning for the top.

XXV is outselling the rest of the Top 10 combined at midweek. The set features some of Williams’ biggest hits newly orchestrated and recorded with the Metropole Orkest.

Ozzy Osbourne could claim his highest-charting solo album with Patient Number 9 (Columbia), on track to debut at #2.

Manic Street Preachers are also new in the Top 5, with a reissue of Know Your Enemy (Sony Music CG) at #3. Meanwhile, The AmazonsHow Will I Know If Heaven Will Find Me (Fiction) starts at #5. Nut (EMI) by KT Tunstall is new at #6, while Toyah Wilcox’s reissue of her 1981 set Anthem (Cherry Red) is pacing to re-enter at #8.

On the U.K.’s Official Singles midweeks, Lewis Capaldi’s first single in nearly three years, “Forget Me” (Vertigo), is on track to become his third chart-topping hit.

Nicki Minaj’s “Super Freaky Girl” (Republic) looks set to rise one to #5 thanks to the arrival of a music video and the Queens Remix.

Chris Brown could jump one to #13 with “Under the Influence” (RCA), and “For My Hand” (Atlantic) by Burna Boy and Ed Sheeran is on track to advance four to #20.
