VAMPR VENTURES DOWNTOWN

Vampr, dubbed the "LinkedIn for creatives," has added Downtown Music Holdings to its cap table. The global music services company made a strategic investment as part of Vampr’s current Seed 3 funding drive in an effort to provide vertical expansion and integrate in-platform transaction functionality.

Downtown Music's integrated marketing services company, Found.ee, will also power another new artist growth solution, Vampr Marketing, bringing unique marketing tools and access to premium sites such as Forbes and GQ to Vampr's 1.2m users.

The new partnership also extends to Downtown's publishing division, with Songtrust administering the Vampr Publishing catalog. Launched in 2020, Vampr Publishing currently represents over 60k songs, with the catalog growing at a rate of 21% each month. Meanwhile, Vampr users spend an average of 31 minutes on the site, more than three-times longer than the average LinkedIn session.
