Primary Wave Music has promoted Catie Monck and Samantha Rhulen to SVP roles; Monck is now SVP, publicity, and Rhulen SVP, business & legal affairs. Lexi Todd has been upped to VP, business & legal affairs.

Rhulen has been with PWM for five years and will remain focused on handling acquisitions as well as supervising asset management and exploitation, content development and branding initiatives related to the catalogs.

Monck, who joined PWM in 2016 as director of publicity, will continue to helm the publicity department, managing and overseeing all corporate and artist publicity across the company’s roster.

As VP, Todd will expand her role beyond legal and business affairs, to include business development and operations responsibilities.
