U.K. MIDWEEKS: SHANIA VS. RAYE

Shania Twain and RAYE are battling it out for this week’s Official U.K. Albums #1. Over on singles, Miley Cyrus is set for a fourth week at the top.

Twain’s Queen of Me (EMI) has the albums lead at the week’s halfway point, while RAYE’s My 21st Century Blues (Human Re Sources) is hot on her heels, at #2.

Young Fathers could claim a career-best with Heavy Heavy (Ninja Tune), starting at #3. The WAEVEBlur’s Graham Coxon and former Pipettes singer Rose Elinor Dougall—eyes #5 with its eponymous debut on Transgressive.

On the U.K.’s Official Singles midweeks, Cyrus’ “Flowers” (RCA) looks set to score a fourth week at #1.

Miguel’s “Sure Thing” (Epic) could rise into the Top 5 for the first time (at #5), and Tiësto and Tate McRae’s “10:35” (Atlantic) is on track to break into the Top 10 at #9.

“Red Flags” (Epic) by Mimi Webb has moved up to #12. George Ezra’s “Green Green Grass” (Columbia) jumps back into the Top 40 at #13 ahead of Saturday’s BRIT Awards.

The Kid LAROI’s new single, “Love Again” (Columbia), looks set to rise four to new highs, #14, as could Coi Leray’s breakthrough anthem, “Players” (Uptown), at #15.

“Boy's a liar” (Warner Records) by PinkPantheress might re-enter the Top 40 at a new peak of #19 following the release of a remix featuring hot rapper Ice Spice.
