U.K. CHARTS: THIS IS A #1 ALBUM

Paramore has its first U.K. Official Albums #1 in a decade with This Is Why (Atlantic), while Miley Cyrus locks in her fifth straight week atop the singles chart.

Paramore scored the top spot with 76% physical sales.

Truth Decay (Underdog) by You Me at Six debuts at #4 today, marking the band’s seventh consecutive Top 10. Elsewhere, ABBA’s Gold–Greatest Hits (Polar) rises five to #10, and The Rolling Stones’ live collection, GRRR! Live (Promotone/ Mercury), is new at #21.

Following Rihanna's Super Bowl halftime performance, her albums ANTI (Roc Nation) and Good Girl Gone Bad ascend 69 and 41 places to #39 and #41, respectively.

On the U.K.’s Official Singles midweeks, Cyrus’ “Flowers” (RCA) remains at #1 for its fifth straight week on 8.5m streams. “Boy’s a liar” (Parlophone) by PinkPantheress jumps to a new peak of #3. Harry Styles’ “As It Was” (Columbia) is lifted 27 places to #7 following his clean sweep at last weekend’s BRIT Awards. Afrobeats star Libianca is also on the upswing, with her breakout hit, “People” (5K Records/Sony), levitating two to a new peak of 15. Linkin Park’s “Lost” (Warner Records) secures this week’s highest new entry at #18. It’s the band's first U.K. Top 20 single in 14 years.
