KADER DOCKS AT VENICE

Fadia Kader has joined Venice Music as executive vice president and general manager, overseeing the company’s Services and Community business.

Kader leads the A&R, marketing, sync, streaming/commerce and Web3 teams and will also source and secure music partnerships. She reports to Venice co-founder/CEO Troy Carter and co-founder/President Suzy Ryoo.

Said Carter, “Fadia has built a reputation as a trusted leader and trailblazer within the artist community. She's a unique bridge between music culture and technology and will be a valuable leader within Venice.” Ryoo added, "Fadia's choice to join Venice Music is a resounding vote of confidence for artist ownership, creative freedom and making a generational impact in music.”

Prior to arriving at the company, Kader was global head of strategic partnerships at Clubhouse, where she developed and executed onboarding strategies for John Mayer, Nicki Minaj, Netflix and others. Before her tenure at Clubhouse, she drove collaborations for artists like Taylor Swift and J Balvin as part of the music-partnerships team at Instagram. She's also held positions at Twitter, Def Jam and Complex Networks.
