GABRIEL ADDS U.S. DATES TO I/O–THE TOUR

Peter Gabriel has announced a string of North American dates on his i/o–The Tour, which starts 9/8 in Quebec and wraps 10/13 at Kia Forum in L.A. Produced by Live Nation, the dates follow Gabriel's previously announced European trek.

There are 12 new dates, including a 9/18 stop at Madison Square Garden. Another dozen cities will be added later, including Detroit, Milwaukee and Houston.

This latest tour announcement coincides with the release of another song, “Playing for Time (Dark-Side Mix)," from Gabriel's upcoming album, i/o.

Fan-club presales start today(3/7); the general on-sale begins Friday.
