LET LOVE RULE: LENNY KRAVITZ TO HOST iHEART AWARDS

iHeartMedia and FOX Entertainment have plucked Lenny Kravitz to host and perform during the 2023 iHeartRadio Music Awards on 3/27 along with a special appearance by LL COOL J.

Streamcut/RCA’s Latto has also joined the performance lineup, which includes ICON Award recipient P!NK, Kelly Clarkson, Keith Urban, Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo, Muni Long, Cody Johnson and Coldplay, among others. Taylor Swift will receive the 2023 iHeartRadio Innovator Award.

In addition to its previously announced nominees, iHeart has unveiled its picks for Songwriter of the Year as well as Producer of the Year. Songwriter nods go to Amy Allen, Ashley Gorley, Justin Tranter, Omer Fedi and The-Dream, while producer nominees include Blake Slatkin, Jack Antonoff, Kid Harpoon, Louis Bell and Tyler Johnson.

Meanwhile, fan voting will determine this year’s Best Lyrics, Best Music Video, Best Fan Army, the Social Star Award, Favorite Tour Photographer, TikTok Bop of the Year, Favorite Documentary, Favorite Tour Style, Favorite Residency and Favorite Use of a Sample. Social voting closes 3/20 at 11:59pm PT. Fans can vote on Twitter using the appropriate category and nominee hashtags or by visiting here.

Now in its tenth year, the iHeartRadio Music Awards is celebrating the most-played artists and songs on iHeartRadio stations and the iHeartRadio app throughout 2022. The event airs live from the Dolby Theatre in L.A. beginning at 5pm PT/8pm ET on FOX. The event also will be heard on iHeartMedia radio stations nationwide and on the iHeartRadio app.

Executive producers for the ceremony are Tenth Planet's Joel Gallen and iHeart's John Sykes, Tom Poleman and Bart Peters. Fans can tune in to the live red carpet pre-show presented by INFINITI. Find the full list of nominees here. Meanwhile, we'll be practicing "American Woman" on air guitar.
