TOP 50: 2023's FIRST RAP #1, DEBUTS BY aespa, RYLO AND TAINY

Lil Uzi Vert scores rap and WMG's first HITS Top 50 #1 of 2023 with Pink Tape. The 26-track set—which notably incorporates rock elements, including collabs with Bring Me the Horizon and BABYMETAL—corrals 167k.

SM/Warner's K-pop quartet aespa enters the chart at #9 thanks to the physical release of My World–The 3rd Mini Album, followed by Lil Baby signee Rylo Rodriguez at #10 with Been One (Glass Window Entertainment).

NEON16's Tainy opens at #14 with DATA, his debut full-length, which features an all-star cast of Latin hitmakers like Bad Bunny, Myke Towers and Feid.

Republic holds three of the Top 5: Morgan Wallen's One Thing at a Time and Dangerous: The Double Album (Big Loud/ Mercury) at #2 and #5, respectively, and Taylor Swift's Midnights at #4.

Mexican sensation Peso Pluma stands firm at #3 with 67k as the deluxe release of GÉNESIS (Double P/Prajin Parlay) keeps the album up front.

The week's greatest gainers include Karol G's MAÑANA SERÁ BONITO (UMLE), up 36% at #17 due to the arrival of vinyl, and Olivia Rodrigo's SOUR, which rises 35% to #29 as "vampire" leads fans back to the Geffen superstar's debut.

Streeting this week is Taylor Swift's Speak Now (Taylor's Version) (Republic), which we hear could do well. See the full Top 50 here.
