Chris Stapleton will release his fifth studio album, Higher, on 11/10 via Mercury Nashville. Ahead of its release, the Grammy-winning singer has shared "White Horse," the explosive lead single written by Stapleton and Dan Wilson.
Higher was produced by Dave Cobb, Morgane Stapleton and Stapleton and recorded at Nashville’s RCA Studio A. Additional players include Cobb (acoustic guitar, eclectic guitar), J.T. Cure (bass), Paul Franklin (pedal steel), Derek Mixon (drums), Morgane (background vocals, synthesizer, tambourine) and Lee Pardini (organ, piano).
Stapleton is currently in the midst of his All-American Road Show Tour. He'll join George Strait for select stadium shows this summer, including two nights at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium on 7/28-29. Listen to "White Horse" below and pre-order Higher here. As for us, getting any higher is pretty much impossible.
