Republic’s Taylor Swift is hotter than ever this summer. Thanks to a tour that is smashing records left and right, as well as streams and physical and merch sales that dwarf pretty much everything else in the marketplace, Tay looks virtually unstoppable. Now she’s announced a release date for the most eagerly anticipated “Taylor’s Version” yet, the blockbuster 1989 (due 10/27). Bottom line: It’s Tay’s world, though she probably wishes there were some “version” that didn’t involve us.
