Disruptor/Columbia's The Chainsmokers debuted the first iteration of The Party Never Ends on 8/19 at Los Angeles State Historic Park, where they broke the venue's attendance record, with 18,987 fans gathering for the pair's show.
The "daylong celebration of inclusivity, collaboration and just plain fucking fun" saw the Grammy-winning duo bring out surprise guests Maluma, Shenseea, 347Aidan and Carlie Hanson, who performed their recent collaborations with the DJs before The Chainsmokers wrapped the two-hour set by debuting their upcoming track, “Summertime Friends.”
Prior to the act's headlining performance, fans took in sets by Two Friends—who brought out Bebe Rexha for their song “If Only I” with Loud Luxury—ARMNHMR, NOTD and DJ Press Play.
The Party was hosted by The Chainsmokers and Insomniac Events, with support from CELSIUS, JAJA Tequila, Wynn Nightlife, NÜTRL Vodka Seltzer and VOSS.
The turntablist twosome will bring The Party Never Ends to Red Rocks Amphitheatre on 9/2.
