WILD STALLION

Amid her ongoing legal battle with 1501 Certified Entertainment, Megan Thee Stallion has announced that she's a free agent; the Houston-bred rapper took to Instagram Thursday (10/12) to say she'll be funding her own music projects for the foreseeable future.

“This part of my album is very much so funded by Megan Thee Stallion because we’re trying to get off… Y’all know what’s the tea,” she said. “But I have no label right now... So the budget is coming from me. Motherfucking Hot Girl Productions! The next shit y’all about to see is all straight from Megan Thee Stallion’s brain and Megan Thee Stallion’s wallet. We are in my pockets, hotties, so let’s do our big one.”

Apparently disinclined to divulge details, Thee Stallion said simply, “I just want to do it myself.”

So what's next for Grammy's 2021 Best New Artist? We'll have to saddle up and go for the ride. In the meantime, peep the clip below.
