TOP 50: ANOTHER
BIG BAD BOW

With his fifth album, nadie sabe lo que va a pasar mañana (Rimas), Bad Bunny earns his third consecutive #1 debut on the HITS Top 50. The Latin-trap set becomes the second all-Spanish-language album to open at #1 this year (after KAROL G's) and is the biggest Latin debut of 2023, with 183k. The Puerto Rican phenom ends his release week with the announcement of a 2024 U.S. tour and a takeover of Saturday Night Live as host and musical guest.

OVO/Republic’s Drake has a strong week two with For All the Dogs, which moves 161k to land at #2. House Lipman also holds #3, TOMORROW X TOGETHER’s The Name Chapter: Freefall (BIGHIT/Imperial), which opens with 117k.

Rounding out the Top 5 are Warner’s #4 Zach Bryan, whose self-titled album is up 38% due to the impact of vinyl, and Motown/Capitol’s Offset, who scores a top debut with his second solo LP, Set It Off.

In the wake of her Eras Tour concert flick’s box-office domination, Taylor Swift's catalog is up across the board: Midnights climbs 15%, Lover grows 26%, folklore surges 14%, Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) rises 12%, 1989 increases 22%, reputation improves 26%, Red (Taylor’s Version) ascends 16% and evermore does 31% more in activity.

Other noteworthy entries include Opium/Interscope’s Ken Carson at #11, Capitol’s Troye Sivan at #20 and Red Bull RecordsBeartooth at #32.

Streeting this week are new titles by Geffen’s Rolling Stones, Columbia’s blink-182, Provident’s Brandon Lake, Range/Mercury Nashville’s Luke Grimes, Rancho Humilde/Street Mob/Sony Latin’s Fuerza Regida, Warner's Cher and RCA's Trolls. Whew!

Now, if you’ll excuse us, this mountain of candy corn isn’t going to eat itself. Go to the chart here.
