THINGS THAT MAKE YOU GO HMMA

The 14th Annual Hollywood Music in Media Awards, where Billie Eilish, Olivia Rodrigo and more took top honors, were held Wednesday at the Avalon in Hollywood.

Barbie took home two awards, for Best Song, Feature Film for Billie Eilish & FINNEAS’ “What Was I Made For?” and Soundtrack Album. Other trophies were handed out to songwriting partners Olivia Rodrigo & Dan Nigro, *NSYNC, Eve Hewson & Joseph Gordon-Levitt, the late Robbie Robertson, Nicholas Britell, Benj Pasek and Justin Paul.

O-Rod and Nigro won in the HMMAs’ newest category, Best Song, Sci-Fi/Fantasy, for co-writing “Can’t Catch Me Now,” from The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes.

The event also featured performances by HMMA nominees OK Go, Diane Warren, Ashley Tamar Davis and composer Marc Shaiman, who was honored with the Outstanding Career Achievement Award.

Eilish and FINNEAS, who were unable to attend in person, sent an acceptance speech via video. Somehow, we weren't invited (again).

For a full list of winners, head to the HMMA's website. Watch Rodrigo's acceptance speech below.
