ADA Worldwide will handle global distribution for the vintage-recording label Omnivore Recordings.
Based in Los Angeles, Omnivore was founded in 2010 by producer Cheryl Pawelski, graphic designer-photographer Greg Allen, former WMG executive Brad Rosenberger and Dutch Cramblitt, erstwhile VP of sales for Nettwerk Entertainment and Rhino Entertainment. Its catalog of reissues and previously unreleased music includes recordings by The Muffs, NRBQ, Hank Williams, Alex Chilton and Art Pepper, among others.
"Omnivore shares the same passion and respect for high-quality music as we do at ADA,” said Adriana Sein, ADA’s global head of artist and market development. “The team has a remarkable commitment to ensuring that their historical releases preserve the original sound of the recording, and they show that same care when it comes to releasing new music in both physical and digital formats. With a team dedicated to catalog, we’re excited for this partnership and confident that ADA will help bring Omnivore to the next level.”
