House Lipman starts 2024 with more to celebrate, as Republic holds the top six titles on the first HITS Top 50 of the year.
Republic's triumphs extend to Taylor Swift, who has four albums in the Top 10 and scores the inaugural #1 of 2024 with 1989 (Taylor's Version). The label's streaming superstars Morgan Wallen and Drake follow at #2 and #3, respectively, with One Thing at a Time (Big Loud/Mercury) and For All the Dogs (OVO). Nicki Minaj's Pink Friday 2 (Young Money) settles into the Top 5 at #4. And Mercury breakout and Best New Artist nominee Noah Kahan leaps to #8 with Stick Season as the album's title track goes to #1 in the U.K.
Albums by Travis Scott, Tate McRae, Bad Bunny and Peso Pluma head back into the Top 20 as holiday titles bid us farewell until Thanksgiving.
