RUNNER MUSIC IS OFF AND RUNNING

Grammy-nominated songwriters Alexander 23 and Sam Homaee have signed with Runner Music, which was launched last year by OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder, manager Ron Laffitte and former Downtown Music chief business officer Andrew Sparkler.

Alexander 23 co-wrote and co-produced the recent Reneé Rapp/Megan Thee Stallion collab "Not My Fault" from the recently released Mean Girls musical film adaptation. As an artist. he's been signed to Interscope since 2019, and has also written or produced with artists such as Olivia Rodrigo, Tate McRae and Laufey.

Homaee is known for his work with Selena Gomez, Lucky Daye, Joji and Dominic Fike, whose recent album Sunburn featured a number of his credits.

"Having been fans of both since the beginning of their respective careers, it’s an honor to continue their creative journey with them into this next chapter," says president of A&R/co-chief creative officer Amanda Hill of the new signings, who join fellow McRae writer/producer Tyler Spry on the roster.
