The Recording Academy has lined up an eclectic cast of performers for the Grammy Awards Premiere Ceremony (you know, the one where most of the awards are presented—80 of them, to be exact). Songwriter-producer Justin Tranter (pictured) will host the show before the show, which will transpire on 2/4 at 12:30pm PT at L.A.'s Peacock Theater and can be viewed via livestream on YouTube and Grammy.com.
J. Ivy, Larkin Poe, Pentatonix, Sheila E. and Jordin Sparks will team up for a special opening number. Adam Blackstone, Brandy Clark, Kirk Franklin, Robert Glasper, Bob James, Laufey, Terrace Martin and Gaby Moreno will perform as the ceremony unfolds.
Among the presenters are Patti Austin, Natalia Lafourcade, Carly Pearce, Molly Tuttle, Rufus Wainwright and Jimmy Jam. Opening remarks will be provided by Recording Academy CEO Harvey Mason Jr. and Chair Tammy Hurt.
