It wouldn’t be Grammy time without Clive Davis’ sensational yearly pre-Grammy gala at the Beverly Hilton, presented in tandem with the Recording Academy. Sony Music Publishing Chairman/CEO Jon Platt will receive the prestigious 2024 Grammy Salute to Industry Icons award during the festivities.

But about Clive, the nonagenarian industry icon continues to astound with his energy and bonhomie as he finalizes his guest list, with Doug Davis (pictured with his dad at right) serving as peacetime consigliere to the great one.

At Clive’s annual do, celebrities and biz folk (and a few nebbishes who manage to weasel their way in) quaff cocktails and kibitz in their finery. Clive’s just hoping his security can keep us out.
