THE CHRISTY VERSIONS

Songwriter-producer extraordinaire Lauren Christy will be dropping an album featuring her versions of songs she co-penned for other artists (many with her brilliant mates in hit production team The Matrix). Look for the first foray from this collection, a reimagining of the smash "Sk8tr Boi," which she co-wrote with Avril Lavigne, on 2/9.

The indie project is already making noise on TikTok and elsewhere, but Lauren's album should in no way prevent you from continuing to pursue your own karaoke versions. Yeah, we see you.
