DJ Khaled's "I'm The One" featuring the all-star cast of Justin Bieber, Quavo, Chance The Rapper, and Lil Wayne (We The Best/Epic) is this week's Greatest Gainer and climbs all the way up to the Top 20 after just one full week of airplay.
