WCM UPS LUDWICK
7/12/22

Andrew Ludwick has been promoted to Vice President of Business Development, Digital, for Warner Chappell Music. In this new role, he’ll work directly with major technology partners and outside counsel in the digital space, acting as the commercial lead to close licensing agreements.

In addition, he’ll oversee business opportunities in developing markets and will partner with the company’s Finance, Administration, and Operations teams to ensure cohesion across WCM’s digital supply chain. Ludwick will report to WCM’s Senior Vice President of Global Digital, Natalie Madaj.

“Andrew is a natural leader and collaborator and has been instrumental in securing highly impactful digital deals across a variety of markets and verticals,” Madaj said. “He’s tuned in to the latest technologies impacting our industry, and I know he’ll continue to find innovative ways to amplify our global catalog as he takes on this exciting role.”

Ludwick has spent nearly a decade with Warner Music Group, having started at Warner Records before taking on a position in emerging media licensing for WMG’s Sync division. Most recently, he served as Director of Digital Innovation for WCM, where he spent the past several years working with technology companies such as Peloton, Snap and TikTok to create new revenue drivers. He also led commercial negotiations across a variety of verticals, including fitness, social media, Karaoke, print, and digital gaming, as well as in the Web3 and Metaverse spaces.
