POLYDOR TAKES NO REQUESTS
2/2/22

Polydor Records has partnered with U.K. rap tastemaker Tiffany Calver for her own imprint, No Requests. First signings include Bandokay and M’Way.

Calver will run the venture alongside her ongoing DJ work, which includes a Saturday night BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra show and live touring career that has seen her play alongside Fredo, Jay-Z and Beyoncé and Drake.

Polydor co-President, Tom March, called Calver “an incredible cultural force,” while fellow co-President Ben Mortimer, added, “Tiffany already has a great track record in identifying exciting talent and a unique approach in how to support them. We feel very lucky that she has decided to partner with Polydor for No Requests.”

Tottenham rapper Bandokay is making a name for himself in the British rap scene with his latest tracks, “Praise the Lord” and “Slide,” with the latter racking up 3m Spotify. M’Way, who hails from Nottingham, has been named by Complex as one to watch. His latest releases include “Whole Lotta Guap” and “Take Orders.”
