Paul McCartney is rumored to be the latest headliner joining this year’s Glastonbury line-up, thanks to a cryptic Wordle puzzle posted by the artist on Twitter.
McCartney tweeted a six-letter Wordle with the caption 121 25/6. Eagle-eyed fans have decoded the word to be GLASTO while noting that it’s 121 days until the start of the British festival.
The tweet suggests McCartney would be headlining on Saturday night, 6/25, a week after he turns 80 and nine days after he wraps his U.S. tour. He was due to play the festival in 2020 which was canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Confirmed acts on the Glastonbury bill this year include headliner Billie Eilish and Diana Ross, who’ll perform Sunday night’s Legends slot. Little Simz will headline the West Holts Stage.
