Jason Owen’s Sandbox Entertainment has just closed a deal to add the estate of the great Hank Williams to the company’s management/marketing roster. The venture will focus on creating cohesiveness across all Williams platforms and maximize all opportunities, according to the announcement.

“Hank Williams is one of the most iconic names in music, and the opportunity to keep his legacy moving forward is an exciting undertaking for Sandbox," said Owen. "We're ready to take this historical figure and introduce him to a new generation with the honor and respect he deserves."

The Hank Williams Estate is represented by Hank’s daughter Jett Williams and his son, Hank Williams Jr.

Josh Matas, who directs marketing and business initiatives for Sandbox, will handle the project in all manners as it advances.
