Pictured above, Pandora Sr. Director Original Content Mike Spinella (far right) and SVP Music Makers Group Lars Murray (center left) can be seen celebrating with folk/rock singer/songwriter and guitarist Glen Hansard at his album release party in Nashville during last week's Americana Fest.

Hansard is well-known for fronting Irish group The Frames, as well as starring in 2007's acclaimed indie film, Once. The soundtrack, produced by Hansard, was nominated for Best Original Soundtrack at The Grammys. Opening track "Falling Slowly," written by Hansard and co-star Markéta Irglová, won the Academy Award for Best Original Song.

Clearly, a fondness for acoustic guitars, potatoes and whiskey has formed an eternal bond between Ireland and Nashville.

Click here to watch the video for "Winning Streak"—the lead single off his second solo full-length, Didn't He Ramble (Anti Records), which dropped last Friday.
