BMLG'S A GREAT PLACE TO WORK

Big Machine Label Group has officially been certified by Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture.

Through Great Place to Work’s data-based Trust Model, BMLG joins a list of certified companies that ensure consistent positive work experiences for employees, including Hulu, Comcast, AT&T, Cisco and Bank of America.

The study also revealed a significantly higher percentage of BMLG employees declaring it is a great place to work compared to those at other U.S.-based companies.

Previously, BMLG has also twice been named in Fast Company’s annual ranking of the Most Innovative Companies.

The new certification comes as Big Machine nears its 15-year anniversary. In celebration of the company's continued success, BMLG President/CEO Scott Borchetta and his wife, BMLG’s EVP of Creative Sandi, recently launched a Music Has Value grant fund for 501c3 non-profit music schools and organizations, awarding fifteen recipients with $10k grants.

Additionally, BMLG has achieved numerous milestones across its artist roster in the last year, including Florida Georgia Line becoming the first Country act to earn two RIAA Diamond Single Awards, Thomas Rhett earning ACMEntertainer and Male Artist of the Year, Carly Pearce winning her first CMA and ACM awards, Lady A earning a Grammy nom and Ayron Jones receiving his first radio #1.
