RECORDS MOVES THE NEEDLE IN MUSIC CITY
7/19/21

The Nashville office of Barry Weiss-led RECORDS is celebrating a number of recent successes. The new Nelly/Florida Georgia Line collab, “Lil Bit,” is Top 15 at Pop radio and trending Top 20 at Hot AC; the redoubtable Matt Stell is on the move at Country radio with “That Ain’t Me No More” (Arista Nashville/RECORDS) and there’s buzz aplenty on freshly inked George Birge, who’s the subject of a fun People article about his “Beer Beer, Truck Truck.” Weiss, promo chief John Strazza, Nashville promo hitters Jamice Jennings and Andy Elliott and teams are enjoying some beer beers as we write this.
