All five Glee soundtracks are on this week’s HITS chart, representing almost 17% of Top 50 sales. The last chart-topping debut, Glee: The Music, Vol. 3 Showstoppers, is at #7, followed by Vol. 1 (#35, +26%), The Power of Madonna (#40, +23%) and Vol. 2 (#46, +25%).
Chop Shop/Atlantic’s Twilight Saga: Eclipse, the third in that series, bows with 115k at #2, followed by RCA/RMG’s Christina Aguilera, entering at #3, with 112k, and last week’s chart-topper, Brushfire/Universal Republic’s Jack Johnson, at #4.
Other Top 10 newcomers include Atlantic’s Plies (#5), giving the label two in the Top 5, Capitol Nashville/EMI country vet Dierks Bentley’s bluegrass album, Up on the Ridge (#8), and Valory’s Jewel (#10).
Island/IDJ’s Justin Bieber remains at #6, with Capitol Nashville/EMI’s Lady Antebellum (#9), still the year’s best seller to date, rounding out the leader board.

The week’s big gainers, aside from the Glee soundtracks, include Columbia’s Train (#38-34, +31%), Atlantic’s Zac Brown Band (#14, +21%), Arista Nashville’s Brooks & Dunn (#48, +19%) and Interscope’s Black Eyed Peas (#19-15, +17%).
