Little Big Town on The Voice

TEAMWORK: Little Big Town will join Blake Shelton as advisers on Season 7 of The Voice, which kicks off on 9/22. Not coincidentally, their next album, Pain Killer, hits in October. "If you are a country music fan, you already love them," Shelton said in an interview with Access Hollywood. "But if you are not necessarily someone who listens to country radio all the time, you are gonna find out who they are, and it's gonna be a big deal." LBT, whose members are old friends of Shelton and wife Miranda Lambert, provided backing vox on "Smokin' and Drinkin'" from her latest, Platinum. As we previously noted, Gavin Rossdale will lend a hand to his better half Gwen Stefani this fall, while Stevie Nicks will join Adam Levine. Pharrell Williams, meanwhile, is being coy about the identity of his advisor. (7/18a)
