RADIO.COM HONORS INDEPENDENCE DAY

RADIO.COM is gearing up to celebrate Independence Day with two exclusive music events on 7/3 and 7/4, reminding individuals to vote. Held in partnership with When We All Vote, the virtual concerts will be streamed live nationwide on-air on select RADIO.COM stations and on the RADIO.COM app and website.

Kicking off the two-day event is Party In Place on Friday at 10pm ET/7pm PT. The three-hour concert features sets from deadmau5, Disclosure, Major Lazer, ODESZA, RÜFÜS DU SOL, Porter Robinson and Toro y Moi, as well as a world premiere and new music from Flume and REZZ, all performed virtually from their home studios. Party In Place will air across RADIO.COM’s Alternative stations

Summer Bash continues the celebration on Saturday at 10pm ET/7pm PT with performances from Marshmello, Black Eyed Peas, Dillon Francis, Diplo, Kygo, Lil Jon and Steve Aoki airing across RADIO.COM’s Top 40 stations.

“We’re looking forward to virtually coming together to enjoy incredible performances that will bring the festival experience right to listeners’ homes,” said Michael Martin, SVP Programming and Music Initiatives, Entercom. “We’re especially proud to celebrate Independence Day by supporting When We All Vote’s important mission to increase voter participation, one of the most patriotic acts we can do for our country.”

Crystal Carson, Director of Communications and Media Partnerships, When We All Vote, adds, “We are thrilled to partner with Entercom to share voter resources and registration and fun with listeners this holiday weekend." Listeners are encouraged to register to vote by visiting When We All Vote and can donate by texting DONATE to 56005.
