VEEPS, LIVE NATION TAKE LIVESTREAMING TO NEXT LEVEL

If there’s been one tiny silver lining throughout this whole pandemic mess, it’s the acceleration of the technology required to produce quality livestreaming. Case in point: Veeps, the startup from Good Charlotte's Joel and Benji Madden, which was acquired by Live Nation earlier this year, has equipped 60 Live Nation venues for best-in-show turnkey livestreaming.

At the front of the line is the Wiltern in L.A.; a series of 10 streamed concerts on Veeps dubbed "From the Wiltern” will start on 5/7 with a performance from country/trap artist Breland.

Other venues set to flip the switch include The Fillmore in San Francisco and Philadelphia, the House of Blues in Chicago and New Orleans, Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, Calif., and The Gorge, near George, Wash.

Nothing beats seeing a gig in person, of course, but with Veeps, at least parking is cheaper.

Tickets to From the Wiltern are $15 per show and on sale now at thewilternseries.com. Here's the full lineup:

5/7: Breland
