CHART FINAL:
TAYLOR'S VERSION

Fearless (Taylor's Version), the rerecorded set from Republic's Taylor Swift, takes the #1 spot on this week's HITS Top 50 chart—and the biggest chart bow of 2021—with just north of 300k.

UMG has its 19th consecutive #1 and Republic its 14th; Universal owns the entire Top 7 and eight of the Top 10.

Def Jam's The Best of DMX captures the #2 spot as mourning fans flock to the departed rapper's biggest songs. Republic's Ariana Grande jumps #17-6 with 53k+ for her Positions, boosted by the smash set's vinyl version.

The biggest debuts outside the Top 10 come from RCA's Brockhampton with 29k+, good for #11, and Capitol Nashville's Luke Bryan, whose deluxe version of Born Here Live Here Die Here nabs just under 22k, good for #22.

In vaccination news, Pfizer has announced that a third shot may be required to fully immunize folks against COVID. Speaking personally, we'd get a needle every day if it meant we could get hammered in a bar again.
