An update on Kendrick Lamar's oklama.com website has fans speculating that his upcoming release, Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers, due 5/13 via TDE/Interscope, could actually be a double album.
The Pulitzer Prize-winning rapper, who is strategically meticulous in every aspect of his visual, musical and performance art, posted an image of himself (presumably) holding a pair of CDs hand-labeled "MORALE" and "STEPPERS," with "master copy" also written on them in Sharpie. Lamar likewise has in hand a hard-cover book emblazoned with the album title.
Stay tuned as the acclaimed hip-hop artist makes his highly anticipated return to music.
Speaking of morale, it's time for our own double.
