FLIPOVER FRIDAY: NEW ARRIVALS AT iTUNES & APPLE MUSIC

A Top 10 of new arrivals distinguishes the iTunes albums chart this Flipover Friday. New releases from Panic! at the Disco and Demi Lovato are the only titles simultaneously making noise at Apple Music.

Panic! at the Disco’s first new music since 2018, Viva Las Vengeance (DCD2/Fueled by Ramen), is #2 in sales and creeping up the Apple Music chart, where it’s #63 in the early a.m. hours. Lovato’s eighth album, HOLY FVCK (Island), is #6 at iTunes and the highest new arrival at Apple Music, at #22.

Leading the way at iTunes is Five Finger Death Punch’s ninth album, AfterLife (Better Noise), at #1, followed by I Prevail’s True Power (Fearless) at #3.

The Madonna compilation Finally Enough Love: 50 Number Ones (Warner) shines a ray of light at #4.

TobyMac’s Life After Death (ForeFront/Capitol CMG) rises to #5, and Eric Church’s six-song & - EP (EMI Nashville) punctuates #7.

Rounding out the Top 10 are Tank’s R&B Money (Atlantic), Heilung’s Drif (Season of Mist) and Silversun Pickups’ Physical Thrills (New Machine).

Assorted versions of Nicki Minaj’s “Super Freaky Girl” (Republic) occupy four of the top five slots at iTunes songs—the original is #8 at Apple Music—with BLACKPINK’s “Pink Venom” (YG/Interscope) working its way to #4.
