Gloria, the fourth studio album from Sam Smith, will be released 1/27 on Capitol Records.
Created with longtime collaborators Jimmy Napes, Stargate and ILYA in Jamaica, Los Angeles and London, the set will reportedly find Smith forming narratives around sex, lies, passion, self-expression and imperfection.
“It feels like emotional, sexual and spiritual liberation,” Smith said. “It was beautiful, with this album, to sing freely again. Oddly, it feels like my first-ever record. And it feels like a coming of age.”
Gloria will include the global smash “Unholy,” Universal Music Group’s biggest streaming debut of 2022. "Unholy" TikTok creations are averaging 100k daily.
