NOLACKIN FOR WHARTON

Orlando Wharton has signed 16-year-old rapper Cel NoLackin to LLC4 Records, his new joint venture with Capitol.

Hailing from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, NoLackin has received co-signs from such notable rap artists as EST Gee and producer 808 Southside. Standout tracks include "NOLACKIN!," "11:11" (produced by Southside) and "Bald Heads" f/Doe Boy from the FBG (Fly Boy Gang) collective.

Wharton was named EVP of CMG and president of Priority Records last September. He reports to Capitol Music Group Chair/CEO Michelle Jubelirer and is based in New York.

Interestingly, by the time we were 16 years old, it was already clear we were hacks.
