SABRINA GOES VR WITH GUNPOWDER & SKY, META
Reality is likely getting pretty strange at the moment for Sabrina Carpenter, who has exploded across the globe with the singles "Espresso" and "Please Please Please."
Next month, the lines between real life and fantasy will be further blurred with "Sabrina Carpenter: A VR Concert," produced by Gunpowder & Sky in partnership with Meta and premiering 7/19 in Meta Horizon Worlds' Music Valley.
The 45-minute concert, filmed in Los Angeles following Carpenter's Coachella appearances in April, features "Espresso" and the hits "Feather" and "Nonsense." It will serve as the kickoff to Music Valley's summer programming, which will consist of "new music, games, challenges and rewards."
The event follows Gunpowder & Sky's work on the Emmy-nominated "The Notorious B.I.G. Sky's the Limit: A VR Concert Experience."

Carpenter's highly anticipated sixth album, Short n' Sweet, is due 8/23 on Island. An AEG-promoted tour begins 9/23 in Columbus, Ohio, and no, we can't help your niece get tickets.
