WHAT IT IS: Consisting of Jonny Capeci, Joey Beretta and Nick Sainato, Nashville-based trio Nightly are making a name for themselves in the alt-pop scene. Their latest album, wear your heart out, hitting 8/25, will be followed by a North American headline tour. The sophomore set, which follows up the trio’s 2020 debut, night, love you, includes the previously released singles “hate my favorite band,” ‘‘radiohead,” “dry eyes” and title track, as well as latest single “like i do.” The band donated the music-video budget for the last-named song to a nonprofit shelter.
