Welcome to September! Bring on that fall weather! This week we had two big changes at radio: AJ became the SVP of Top 40, Hot AC and AC Programming for Summit Media, and Jill Strada became the SVP of programming for the six-station Atlanta market… congratulations to both!

REPUBLIC CORPSSpangler, Lucas and Dumler once again put Sabrina Carpenter atop the add board, securing 42 new adds on “Taste” (Island) and pushing it closer to a closed-out panel; the track is already heading Top 20. Look for Chappell Roan’s “Good Luck, Babe!” (Island) to hit #1 on the Mediabase chart this week, while her other single “Hot to Go” (Island) climbs up to the Top 20. Meanwhile, Taylor Swift’s “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart” looks Top 10 bound and Morgan Wallen’s “Cowgirls” f/ERNEST (Big Loud/Mercury) has charted.

Warner’s Chester & Reich moved Benson Boone’s “Slow It Down” (Night Street) to the Top 10 this week with an all-but closed-out panel; look for this one to continue climbing. Dasha’s “Austin” is now Top 15 with spin leaders including KDWB, WRVW and WKSL. Teddy Swims’ “The Door” is Top 20 with 165+ stations on board.

Epic’s Sackheim & Dimig have Madison Beer enjoying her first Top 10 hit at T40 after spending 28 weeks on the chart with “Make You Mine” (Sing It Loud); congratulations on a job well done! Meghan Trainor’s “Whoops” looks to headed for the Top 25, and her Timeless Tour is off to a big start.

Columbia’s Gray, Bedard and Stevens impacted Halsey’s “EGO,” which was the #2 Most Added track this week with 37 adds, including HITS1, Z100, KDWB and KKRZ. Alex Tear, VP, Music Programming, SiriusXM/Pandora says, “Halsey won’t disappoint with immediate audience reaction to North America on SiriusXM HITS 1!” The team also kicked off Addison Rae’s “Diet Pepsi.” The track has been in the Top 10 Most Added column for two weeks and nabs 47 adds this week as it heads for the chart. The Kid LAROI’s “GIRLS” is set to join the Top 20 and has been a Top 10 spin gainer for eight weeks on the Pop chart. Koe Wetzel & Jessie Murph’s “High Road” is chart bound at both T40 and Hot AC, securing 8m weekly streams.

Virgin’s Halpern and crew have Mark Arbor’s “Belong Together” (Hundred Days) looking to enter the Top 20 with 150+ stations spinning; leading the charge is HITS1, KMIK, WNKS and KUDD.

Team Dyer’s puts Jimin’s “Who” (BIGHIT MUSIC) in the Top 10 Most Added again this week, with new adds coming in from majors like KYLD, KRBE, KBKS and KALV.

RCA’s Rothschild, Maldonado, JR & Daddio stack another 16 adds on Khalid’s “Heatstroke (Right Hand MusicGroup) and put it in the Top 5 Most Added for the week; adds include KIIS, WKQI and Music Choice. They also continue to build the story on Kane Brown & Marshmello’s “Miles on It,” which is Top 15, while Myles Smith's “Stargazing” is Top 25 with 130+ stations spinning, including KENZ, WBLI, KZHT and WAPE.

ICLG’s Team Marella has a very full plate as they put two songs in the Top 10 Most Added this week. Kendrick Lamar, who was recently announced as the Apple Music Super Bowl LIX Half Time Show performer, secured 11 adds on “Not Like Us” (pgLang/Interscope), which is now Top 15, and Gracie Abrams’ “Close to You” (Interscope) is heading Top 30 after pulling in 10 new adds, including KMVQ, Music Choice and WFHN. Meanwhile, Billie Eilish’s “BIRDS OF A FEATHER” (Darkroom/Interscope) is moving to Power Rotation everywhere based on callout and continues to be a greatest gainer each week as it heads to the top of the chart. Lady Gaga & Bruno Mars’ “Die With a Smile” joins the Top 20 with massive streaming and consumption numbers as mgk & Jelly Roll’s “Lonely Road” makes the Top 30 move with spin leaders including HITS1, KMVQ, KHKS, WWPW and KDWB.
